Equally Yoursᵀᴹ is a game based diversity and inclusion learning experience. This fun and engaging educational training develops knowledge of legislation and challenges stereotypes and unconscious biases across a broad spectrum of diversity issues. Participants are provided with an understanding of unconscious bias which allows them to recognise and mitigate how their own biases affect their decision making.
